During a debate, Michael Steele said his favorite book was War and Peace, but then quoted from Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities,
"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times." Republicans sure
know their literature; they knew Steele actually meant Tolstoy's famous
line, "It is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known" and then actualized it by not voting for him.
